JGNⅡ Symposium 2007 in Hiroshima has ended.
This symposium is part of the "Advanced Internet Tour in Hiroshima 2007" and will be held in conjunction with other events such as SAINT 2007 (jointly organized by IEEE-CS & IPS)

The National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) has launched to operate the JGN II Testbed Network for Research and Development (R&D) in April 2004, to urge onward the super-high speed networking technologies and advanced application technologies while aiming to realize the advanced network society for the next generation in collaboration with the industry, academia, government, and regional organizations.

NICT will hold JGN II Symposium 2007 in Hiroshima with the objectives of familiarizing participants with JGN II activities and promoting the sharing of information among researchers and among regions in Japan.

The Symposium will include presentations and panel discussions, which will introduce comprehensively JGN II research activities, how to promote JGN II utilization in domestic regional areas, and international collaboration through utilization of JGN II international circuits linking to the USA and Asia.

NICT would like to cordially invite those who are interested in JGN II Symposium 2007 in Hiroshima.
