The organization for examining and advancing the middle-term or long-term strategy which leads R&D of New Generation Network by collecting the wisdom from the Industry, the Academia and the Government, and urging R&D onward based on the strategy in order to promote the endeavor towards realizing New Generation Network.

The organization for realizing New Generation Network in the system of all Japan consisting of participants from the widespread field of the Industry, the Academia and the Government in order to promote the endeavor towards realizing New Generation Network. (Inaugurated in November, 2007)
